Giving props where props are due.
I have to give a lot of credit to Ben Schmeckpeper, an MIT student. In typical fashion, I was wandering around the Internet and was reading an article about how he was the 1st MIT student to win the X-Country Division III Regional Championships since 1981. There was then a link to his webpage, and training log, see here. You'll notice a striking similarity b/w our two pages. I give him full credit.
As he says on his site, I think it'd be a good idea to put my training log online. It'll also make me more responsible, since it'll be public knowledge what I'm up to.
